You should not attempt to use the oven when E-08 is active. The fault indicates the oven is not heating properly, and continuing to operate it could mask a wiring or component issue that may worsen over time. The stovetop burners are typically on a separate circuit and may still function, but the oven should be left off until the fault is diagnosed and repaired.
