Oven heating error

Oven heating error - oven could not reach 100°F (38°C) within 10 minutes during operation.

First step from the service manual

Disconnect power, open back cover, disconnect sensor harness, measure sensor resistance (1080 ohms at room temperature). Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance. Check DLB, Broil, Bake, and Convection heater relays on sub PCB.

From Service Manual 999861, p.33:

1.Disconnect power, open back cover, disconnect sensor harness, measure sensor resistance (1080 ohms at room temperature). Check broil, bake, and convection heater resistance. Check DLB, Broil, Bake, and Convection heater relays on sub PCB.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
