If you do not want to use probe cooking, cancel the selection and choose a standard cooking mode instead.

The microwave will not start a probe cooking cycle while this message is displayed, so there is no immediate safety risk. The unit is simply waiting for the probe to be connected before proceeding. You can safely use the microwave for non-probe cooking by canceling the current mode and selecting a standard time-based or sensor cooking function.
