If those steps do not resolve the issue, the drain pump impeller or motor may need to be inspected or replaced.

A reset may clear the indicator lights temporarily, but if the underlying drainage problem is not fixed, the fault will return as soon as the dishwasher attempts to drain again. Address the physical cause first, such as a blocked hose, clogged filter, or faulty pump, before relying on a reset.
