Lo dc in GAS mode means the refrigerator detected a DC input voltage below 10.0 VDC when it tried to ignite the propane burner. As a safety measure, the control board shuts off both the gas valve output and the igniter output until voltage rises above that threshold. This code points to the vehicle's 12-volt electrical system rather than the refrigerator's internal components.

Resetting the unit will clear the displayed error code, but the Lo dc fault will return immediately if the underlying DC voltage problem has not been resolved. The control board checks voltage each time it attempts ignition, so the gas valve and igniter will remain inhibited as long as supply voltage stays below 10.0 VDC. Address the charging system or battery issue first, then confirm the code does not reappear.

Cost depends entirely on the root cause. Cleaning corroded connections is essentially free. Replacing house batteries typically runs in the range of $100 to $400 or more depending on battery type and quantity.
