Power board failure - heater or compressor
From Tech Sheet W11391435, p.47:
1.Enter service diagnostics mode and observe fail condition display at Step 7.
2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.
3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
