DC on this model indicates the door lock assembly failed to engage OR the load is severely unbalanced. The control board checks the door switch circuit before starting the spin cycle.

Check the door lock

Listen for the click when starting a cycle. If no click, measure 120VAC at connector J1 pins 3-4 on the main control board with the door closed.

If voltage present but no lock engagement

Replace the door lock assembly.
