First diagnostic step
Verify failure if not displayed, using CANCEL/OFF key. Press key for 5 seconds until last error code is displayed. Verify fuel type using START/ENTER key (press for 5 seconds). First digit should read '9' for gas or 'E' for electric. Disconnect power longer than 30 seconds and re-apply power. If fuel type changed since last power up, replace control.
