Motor control (inverter) failed or motor shorted
From Service Manual 511950, p.42:
1.Check motor control and motor; run test P4.
2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.
3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
