A reset may temporarily clear the F11 code from the display, but it will return as soon as the dishwasher attempts to drain again if the underlying problem has not been fixed. To permanently clear the code, the root cause such as a clogged filter, blocked hose, or faulty pump must be addressed first. Use the reset only to restart the appliance after you have completed repairs.

If the fix is simply cleaning the filter or clearing a hose kink, there is no parts cost and only your time is involved.
