Humidity sensor error during auto reheating

From Service Manual 723962, p.14:

1.Check humidity sensor connection to CN3, verify resistors R6-R10, and check voltage at points A (0.5V-3.5V), B (11.3VDC), C (4.4VDC), D (2.2VDC) after 1-2 minutes of auto reheating operation.

2.Measure line voltage at the power cord terminal block. Expected: 120 VAC (L1 to neutral) or 208 to 240 VAC between L1 and L2 under load.

3.Inspect the cord strain relief and terminal block screws for signs of arcing or heat discoloration. Loose connections here mimic an intermittent power failure to the control board.
