MDL mechanism failure: the motor door lock does not stop running or the lock switch sends an invalid signal.

If the MDL is always running (as if the relay controlling it is stuck closed) replace the oven relay board. If the motor is not always running replace the motor lock assembly.

MDL mechanism failure: the motor door lock does
From Service Manual 966911, p.43:
1.If the MDL is always running (as if the relay controlling it is stuck closed) replace the oven relay board. If the motor is not always running replace the motor lock assembly.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
