Door motor mechanism failure.

First step from the service manual

Turn off power for 30 seconds, then turn on power. Check wiring of lock motor, lock switch circuits. Unplug the lock motor from the board and apply power (L1) directly to the lock motor. If the motor does not rotate, replace the lock motor assembly.

Door motor mechanism failure

From Service Manual 285588, p.40:

1.Turn off power for 30 seconds, then turn on power. Check wiring of lock motor, lock switch circuits. Unplug the lock motor from the board and apply power (L1) directly to the lock motor. If the motor does not rotate, replace the lock motor assembly.

2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.

3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
