1. Disconnect power or unplug oven. 2. Check the latch assembly: latch arm pivot joint, arm/motor connection, plunger and hook springs. 3. Check the Latch Motor (approx. 2450 Ω). 4. Check the Latch Switch. 5. Check Door Open/Closed Switch. 6. Check power and element connections.

1.1. Disconnect power or unplug oven. 2. Check the latch assembly: latch arm pivot joint, arm/motor connection, plunger and hook springs. 3. Check the Latch Motor (approx. 2450 Ω). 4. Check the Latch Switch. 5. Check Door Open/Closed Switch. 6. Check power and element connections.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
