From Service Manual 468976, p.28:

1.Press the CLEAR/OFF pad. Set the oven program to match the food or liquid to be cooked or heated. Alternatively, vent plastic wrap, use a looser lid, or uncover liquids when cooking or heating.

2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.

3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
