Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. Check the RIF filter assembly. Clean the filter and remove any soils from the filter area. Reassemble and reinstall motor.

From Tech Sheet W17076366, p.18:
1.Unplug dishwasher or disconnect power. Check the RIF filter assembly. Clean the filter and remove any soils from the filter area. Reassemble and reinstall motor.
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
