Power failure
Power failure — indicates the dishwasher has just had power applied for the first time or AC electrical power has been interrupted.
First step from the service manual

Make sure power is applied and the door is closed, then press CANCEL. The display will cancel after a drain cycle. Press CANCEL again to terminate drain cycle.

From Tech Sheet W15108632, p.44:
1.Make sure power is applied and the door is closed, then press CANCEL. The display will cancel after a drain cycle. Press CANCEL again to terminate drain cycle.
2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.
3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
