Device communication problem - No other devices on RS BUS (Communication system).
First step from the service manual

Make sure high voltage power is separated from RSBus. Check for miswired and/or loose connections between the stat, indoor unit and outdoor unit. Check for a high voltage source of noise close to the system.

From Service Manual 799953, p.45:
1.Make sure high voltage power is separated from RSBus. Check for miswired and/or loose connections between the stat, indoor unit and outdoor unit. Check for a high voltage source of noise close to the system.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
