Error code 224 is a communication fault, not a safety-critical failure like a refrigerant leak or electrical short on its own. However, it does indicate a loss of control signals between components, which can cause HR unit 6 to operate improperly or shut down. It is best to have the issue diagnosed promptly to prevent secondary problems from developing.
