E347 indicates that the motor wire for the second outdoor fan (Fan2) is not connected or is not being detected by the outdoor control board. The system has found an open circuit in the Fan2 motor wiring. This code points to a wiring issue rather than automatically confirming the motor itself has failed. A technician should inspect the wiring harness and connectors in the outdoor unit to locate the fault.

It is not recommended to continue operating the system while E347 is active. The second outdoor fan plays a role in condensing heat from the refrigerant, and running the system without it functioning properly can cause the compressor to overheat or the system to operate outside safe pressure limits.
