The 11C code on an LG washer indicates a water level sensor error in the upper washer unit. The machine's control board is not receiving a valid signal from the sensor that monitors water level in the upper drum. This causes the washer to stop the cycle to prevent overfilling or running without adequate water. The fault shares the same underlying causes as the 1C code but applies specifically to the upper drum on LG twin-wash or combo units.

It is not recommended to continue using the washer while this error is active. The 11C code means the machine cannot accurately monitor the water level in the upper drum, which could lead to overfilling or running a cycle without enough water. Both situations can cause additional damage to the machine or result in a water leak. Resolve the fault before resuming normal use.
