A reset may clear the 1LC1 code temporarily, but if the underlying cause is not addressed, the error will return. You should resolve the overflow condition first by cleaning the dispenser, correcting detergent usage, or allowing the unit to dry before attempting a reset. Once the root cause is eliminated, powering the machine off and back on should clear the fault.
