From Service Manual 225458, p.30:
1.Verify 127V input between Line (L) and Neutral (N) at timer; replace timer if input is present but no output.
2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.
3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
