Check motor connector terminal connections; check motor winding coil resistance between any two of three terminals (Lower washer: 10.2-12.4 ohms at 25°C; Upper washer: 7.6-8.4 ohms at 25°C); check hall sensor resistance between pins 2-4 and 3-4 (approx. 2-4 MΩ).
