You should not continue running the washer through a drying cycle while the 4E1 error is active. The code indicates the drying duct is reaching temperatures above the safe operating threshold, which can stress internal components. Addressing the cause before resuming use is strongly recommended. Normal wash cycles may still be possible, but avoid drying functions until the issue is resolved.

If the fix is simply reconnecting the hot and cold inlet hoses to the correct ports, the cost is zero beyond your time.
