It can also be triggered by a fault in the main printed board assembly (main PBA). The washer shuts down to protect its electronics and motor from damage caused by unstable power. Checking the outlet voltage and power supply conditions is the first step in diagnosing this error.

You should not continue using the washer while the 9C error is active. The code indicates the machine is receiving unstable or out-of-range voltage, which can cause damage to the motor, electronics, and internal components over time. Running the washer under these conditions also poses a potential electrical risk. Resolve the power supply issue before resuming normal use.
