Switch error (Main Relay Error) - switch is jammed or stuck due to being pressed unevenly, deformation of control panel or button, screws holding sub PB tightened too much, button other than Power button continuously pressed for more than 30 seconds, deformation of internal plastic injection part, or screw for assembling sub PB tightened too much.

Switch error (Main Relay Error) - switch is
From Service Manual 573150, p.42:
1.Check if a button is jammed or stuck and inspect the control panel for deformation.
2.Measure line voltage at the power cord terminal block. Expected: 120 VAC (L1 to neutral) or 208 to 240 VAC between L1 and L2 under load.
3.Inspect the cord strain relief and terminal block screws for signs of arcing or heat discoloration. Loose connections here mimic an intermittent power failure to the control board.
