Switch error (main relay error) caused by the Power button being continually pressed for more than 12 seconds, a button other than Power being pressed for more than 30 seconds, a jammed or stuck switch due to control panel deformation, or sub PBA screws tightened too much.

From Service Manual 286276, p.48:
1.Check whether either the Power switch or a tact switch is continually pressed; check whether the service PBA holding screws are fastened too tight and loosen if necessary.
2.Measure line voltage at the power cord terminal block. Expected: 120 VAC (L1 to neutral) or 208 to 240 VAC between L1 and L2 under load.
3.Inspect the cord strain relief and terminal block screws for signs of arcing or heat discoloration. Loose connections here mimic an intermittent power failure to the control board.
