Heater error – Water level sensor operates without water (frozen or other reason) and bottom temperature sensor detects overheating temperature, causing washing machine to turn input power off. For USA products, may occur due to PBA relay malfunction if heater has no error.

Heater error – Water level sensor operates
From Service Manual 598075, p.47:
1.Check for frozen water conditions and verify temperature sensor and PBA relay operation.
2.Disconnect the sensor and measure resistance at the sensor body. Expected: 10 kΩ to 12 kΩ at 77°F (25°C).
3.Check the sensor harness for opens and shorts. Back-probe the sensor pins at the control board connector; a reading outside 5 kΩ to 50 kΩ indicates a failed sensor.
