From Service Manual 285947, p.39:

1.Check if the water level sensor has a functional error and replace if faulty; check hose for tears or holes; if frozen in winter, use hair dryer to defrost and consider relocating unit.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
