PH1 on an LG washer indicates a power supply voltage error. The control board has detected that the incoming voltage is either too low, too high, or experiencing momentary drops during operation. This fault commonly appears during high-demand cycles like Boil or Dry, when the machine draws the most current. The issue often originates from the wall receptacle or home electrical supply rather than the washer itself.

It is not recommended to continue running the washer while PH1 is active. The code indicates a power supply condition that is outside the machine's safe operating range, which can cause damage to the control board and other internal components over time. Address the electrical supply issue before resuming normal use.
