Locked motor error - the connector (3-pin, male, white) in the motor harness is not connected to the stator assembly connector, bad/unstable electrical contact between motor harness and main PWB, motor harness is cut/open, or hall sensor is defective.

Locked motor error - the connector (3-pin
From Service Manual 285823, p.35:
1.Check the 3-pin white connector between motor harness and stator assembly; check 4-pin white connector at main PWB.
2.Measure door lock assembly resistance across the PTC terminals. Expected: ~200 ohms cold, rising sharply once energized.
3.Inspect strike and latch alignment. A warped door or misaligned strike prevents the switch stack from closing in the correct sequence.
