Timeout draining

Timeout draining - machine does not detect open pressure switch contacts within 4 minutes of starting the drain cycle.

Check drain pump connection, drain pump for clogs (toothpicks, bones), drain pipe position and height (0.4m to 1m from floor), and TRIAC timer.

From Service Manual 201734, p.26:

1.Check drain pump connection, drain pump for clogs (toothpicks, bones), drain pipe position and height (0.4m to 1m from floor), and TRIAC timer.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
