Heating element circuit not compliant - timer

From Service Manual 201762, p.14:

1.Check heating element circuit cables, timer relay, heating element ITR calibration; check for disconnected cables on timer or heating element.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
