Oven Temperature Error - oven internal

From Service Manual 934470, p.42:

1.Turn the oven off and let it cool sufficiently; check heater drive part.

2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.

3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
