Check sensor part and connection of sensor housing and PCB's connector. Verify sensor is connected; check if sensor wire is damaged or housing is loose; use a digital multimeter to check if voltage of GND and sensor changes with temperature change. If sensor is faulty, replace the sensor. If symptom continues after power cycle, replace the PCB.
