First diagnostic step
Check sensor and heater. Check voltages of both heater terminals. After operating heater for more than 10 minutes check if heater temperature remains low. A normal heater resistance is a few ohms; a short circuit increases resistance to a few megaohms. Replace heater if defective. Reconnect temperature sensor if disconnected. If symptom continues after power cycle, replace the PCB.
