What this code means

Temperature probe sensor is shorted when oven is operating.

First step from the service manual

Disconnect power. Disconnect Probe harness from control board. Measure probe resistance (50K at room temperature). If there are any problems, replace meat probe. If there are problems found with the meat probe, check wire harness and connector terminals for damage. Check resistance of meat probe connector on main PCB (Normal 50K ohms).
