Motor Drive Error or Hall Sensor error – motor drive connector may be loose, hall sensor disconnected/damaged, foreign object in motor, stator loose, drum overloaded, or relay/PCB defective.

Motor Drive Error or Hall Sensor error – motor
From Tech Sheet W11473196, p.48:
1.Check the motor drive connector for looseness. Check the hall sensor for being disconnected, loose or damaged.
2.Measure the drive motor winding resistance at the main control connector. Expected: 2 to 6 ohms between winding pairs.
3.Rotate the drum by hand and check for free rotation. Inspect the belt and pulley for glaze or wear; a slipping belt mimics a motor fault under load.
