E:07 means the washer detected that the heating element was active at a time when it should have been off. It is not recommended to continue using the washer while E:07 is active. A heater that runs uncontrolled can overheat the water and potentially damage fabrics or internal components. The washer should remain out of service until the heater relay and heater element have been properly tested and any faulty parts replaced.

A reset may temporarily clear the E:07 code, but the error will return if the underlying hardware fault is still present.
