Heater is not detected - the CCU cannot detect the temperature rising during step C01 of the Quick Diagnostic Test (available only in service diagnostics).

Heater is not detected - the CCU cannot detect
From Tech Sheet W13247131, p.23:
1.Check if heater element is unplugged or open; see TEST #10 (Heating Element) on page 18.
2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.
3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
