Flow Meter Fault - less than 0.1L of water has entered the tub after 30 seconds from the start of the quick diagnostic routine. Available only in service diagnostics.

From Tech Sheet W13250979, p.31:

1.Check if water supply is connected and turned on. Check for blocked or kinked inlet hoses. See TEST #6 (Water Inlet Valves) and TEST #9 (Flow Meter).

2.Measure the inlet valve coil resistance at the valve connector. Expected: 1,000 to 1,200 ohms per coil at room temperature.

3.Verify static water supply pressure at the inlet hose. Below 20 psi or fluctuating supply commonly triggers fill-timeout faults.
