Heater Relay Error
Heater Relay Error – short or disconnected wire to the heater circuit, tub contacting heater, frozen water, no water, or PBA relay malfunction. Triggered by temperatures above 145°C.

Heater Relay Error – short or disconnected wire
From Tech Sheet W11472500, p.32:
1.Check the wiring harness to the heater. If steam heater is faulty, replace it.
2.Measure the heating element resistance across the terminals with the leads removed. Expected: 11 to 13 ohms.
3.Verify the thermal fuse and high-limit thermostat show continuity. An open safety in series with the element produces a no-heat fault even when the element tests good.
