Error code 3311 means the Thermal Cutout (TCO) for the right oven has opened, which is a priority 1 safety fault. You should not use the right oven while this fault is active. Error 3311 is classified as a priority 1 fault, meaning the control system considers it a critical safety condition. Using the oven before diagnosing and correcting the cause could expose components to continued unsafe temperatures or mask a wiring hazard.

Start by checking the TCO for continuity with a multimeter.
