The oven's control system halted the clean cycle as a safety precaution. The fault can be caused by an actual over-temperature condition or by a sensor or wiring problem producing a false reading.

Resetting the oven by cycling power at the circuit breaker may clear the error code temporarily, but it will not resolve the underlying cause. If the RTD sensor, control board, or wiring is faulty, or if an over-temperature condition exists, the code is likely to return the next time a clean cycle is started. A proper diagnosis should be performed before relying on the oven again for self-cleaning.
