Note the fault code, set the mode dial to OFF and the temperature dial to OFF, then press the PUSH TO CLEAR button to attempt to clear the fault. If unable to clear, wait for cooling fans to stop, press PUSH TO CLEAR again, and contact an authorized Fisher & Paykel service center with the fault code information.
