You should not attempt to operate the oven while E005 is active. The error indicates that the control system's internal communication has broken down, which means the oven may not properly receive or process commands. Operating an oven with a compromised control system could lead to unpredictable behavior, and it is best to resolve the fault before use.

Repair costs vary depending on the root cause.
