Open or shorted oven temperature sensor or sensor circuit (intermittent sensor or sensor circuit); also lock switch opened and oven in excess of 624°F.
First step from the service manual
1
Measure sensor circuit resistance at sensor/lock switch connector J4 on ERC (should read approx. 1100 ohms at room temperature). If circuit appears normal, re-install sensor disconnect plug to ERC and measure sensor resistance and solder joints on back of ERC circuit board. If circuit is open, problem is in the connector block - remove terminals and reform to restore contact pressure.

From Service Manual 739268, p.40:
1.Measure sensor circuit resistance at sensor/lock switch connector J4 on ERC (should read approx. 1100 ohms at room temperature). If circuit appears normal, re-install sensor disconnect plug to ERC and measure sensor resistance and solder joints on back of ERC circuit board. If circuit is open, problem is in the connector block - remove terminals and reform to restore contact pressure.
2.Disconnect the sensor and measure resistance at the sensor body. Expected: 10 kΩ to 12 kΩ at 77°F (25°C).
3.Check the sensor harness for opens and shorts. Back-probe the sensor pins at the control board connector; a reading outside 5 kΩ to 50 kΩ indicates a failed sensor.
