Open inducer limit switch or open condensate

From Service Manual 162312, p.44:

1.Make a call for 1st stage heating, measure 24 VAC across condensate pressure switch; if open, correct condensate drain system. If closed, check inducer limit switch.

2.Measure drain pump winding resistance at connector J7 on the main control. Expected: 12 to 16 ohms at room temperature.

3.Back-probe the pump driver output under load. Verify the board switches the pump at 120 VAC during the drain portion of the cycle.
