The pump switch-over refers to the electronic process of transitioning control signals between these two pumps. When the power module detects an internal fault in this switching logic, it triggers E:02 and halts the cycle to prevent further damage.

The power module is the central electronic control board responsible for delivering power and control signals to the pump motor assembly. An internal fault on this module typically means a failure within the board itself, such as a damaged relay, a failed triac, or corrupted control logic that prevents proper pump sequencing. Because the fault is internal to the module, external wiring checks alone are unlikely to resolve the issue.
