Fault 207 itself is a protective measure, not an emergency. The blower reduces its output rather than forcing air through a restricted system, which helps prevent motor damage. However, running in cutback mode for extended periods can cause secondary problems such as elevated heat exchanger temperatures or refrigerant issues, so the underlying airflow restriction should be corrected promptly.
